Action Network Striving Against Recidivism is aiming to be the change needed for Memphis. Through networking with like-minded organizations we hope to change the negative culture that has given Memphis a bad reputation. Change in mentality leads to change of Actions. “Free your mind and the rest will follow.”.  We have to be the Change that is needed.
